Amazon Web Services (AWS) Central SDE Recruiting team seeks an experienced and innovative Sourcing Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. As business needs evolve, you will demonstrate agility in supporting various AWS teams, shifting focus based on organizational priorities while maintaining high-quality service delivery. Success in this role requires both individual excellence and strong team collaboration, as we work together to achieve ambitious recruiting targets and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience recruiting software development engineers in competitive markets, leverages market intelligence to develop effective sourcing strategies, and demonstrates success in building sustainable candidate pipelines.

Key job responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

-Proven track record in technical recruiting, particularly in software development

-Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies in partnership with hiring teams and recruiting partners

-Create and maintain candidate relationships through proactive market research and relationship management

-Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments with demonstrated success in matching candidates to role requirements

-Experience meeting and/or exceeding hiring targets

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data in decision-making

-Excellence in stakeholder management and communication

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience

- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies

- 3+ years of passive candidate generation experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

- Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $64,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $138,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
