eSkill is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales to lead our new logo acquisition and channel sales strategy. This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic leader who thrives on building hybrid sales engines and establishing productive partner ecosystems. You will be responsible for accelerating SMB - Mid-Market sales, driving new customer acquisition, and expanding revenue through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
New Logo Acquisition
- Own the strategy and execution of inbound sales efforts targeting new logo growth.
- Develop and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas to focus sales efforts on high-fit opportunities.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of account executives focused on net-new customer acquisition.
- Develop and optimize sales processes, cadences, and pipeline stages to improve velocity, close rates, and predictability.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure lead quality and alignment on campaign strategy and messaging.
- Build strong feedback loops between sales and product to inform roadmap based on customer and prospect insights.
Partner & Channel Development
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for channel, reseller, and technology partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners aligned with company goals.
- Develop joint value propositions, partner enablement materials, and co-selling frameworks.
- Manage partner performance, including pipeline contribution, sales velocity, and ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner integration with marketing campaigns, product offerings, and support systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales leadership roles, ideally in SaaS or tech-enabled services.
- Experience in HR Tech market highly desirable.
- Proven success driving new logo growth in mid-market or enterprise segments.
- Experience building and scaling partner programs or channel sales motions.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of mentoring top-performing reps.
- Data-driven decision maker with deep understanding of sales metrics, CRM systems, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
