The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading enterprise-wide analytics initiatives, mentoring analysts, and enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be a Power BI champion, optimizing its use to support high-impact dashboards and insights that drive strategic outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead enterprise-wide analytics and business intelligence projects.
• Spearhead advanced Power BI initiatives, including data modeling, DAX development, and visualization strategies.
• Develop and implement scalable, interactive dashboards for stakeholders across all levels.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and business opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote Power BI best practices across teams.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to executives and business leaders.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in reporting workflows and analytics tools.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Strong understanding of business intelligence principles, data visualization, and dashboard design.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, HR, and other leadership teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Industry experience in Construction/Electrical Contracting.
• Exposure to Oracle eBusiness Suite, Workday, Salesforce, or other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance best practices.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• 7-10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (or similar platforms).

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
• Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

Pay Range

$133,600.00-$175,400.00 Annual

The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
