The Program Manager, Talent Management is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Talent Management programs and initiatives(s). Reporting to the Director, Talent Management. This role involves needs analysis, program planning and execution, evaluation, project management, and research on current trends and best practices related to Talent Management program(s). You will make recommendations for improvements or additional programs in their area of expertise to help build the core capabilities and enhance the productivity of the organization's employees in the area of Talent Management.
You will use project management, agile implementation, strategic communication and socialization skills to drive the creation and adoption of Talent Management solutions, by managing the Talent Management, planning, project operations, and stakeholder communications for company-wide Talent Management solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Talent Management and Development (TMD), People Experience, and People Technology teams to execute talent processes at scale.
- Drive company-wide execution of performance management, career development, and Talent Management processes for all employees and managers.
- Serve as a liaison between TMD and People Tech team for Workday and other HR technology projects including coordination of User Acceptance Testing.
- Partner with HRBPs, Workplace Experience and Internal Communications team for cohesive program delivery.
- Provide operational support for Talent Management programs, including system set-ups, product testing, reporting, communications, and material production.
- Partner in the development of new Talent Management programs, including project planning, scoping, risk assessment, and setting metrics.
- Conduct research and gather requirements for project planning.
- Collect data, benchmark, and recommend improvements to Talent Management programs.
- Prepare reports on Talent Management programs, evaluating performance against goals.
- Facilitate live sessions and support delivery of TMD programs, as needed.
- Collaborate in the creation and design of communications, enablement and program materials.
- Stay informed about new trends in Talent Management and champion these practices across the organization.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience partnering with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, People Operations teams and with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiar with human-centered design: desirability [what people need]; viability [what the business needs]; feasibility [the format needed to deliver] in a simple and impactful way.
- Experience and detail-oriented with a proactive approach in project managing and supporting organization-wide Talent Management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
- Knowledge of leading approaches in Skills, Performance, Career Development and Talent Management (e.g., succession planning and talent reviews) .
- Ability to research, diagnose, evaluate alternatives, and test/execute an approach in an (almost) scientific way.
- Data-driven and understands relevant metrics and how to evaluate Talent Management effectiveness.
- Excellent influence, collaboration, presentation, project management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday) and data analysis.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance Talent Management and HR initiatives.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Psychology, Business, Learning & Development, Organizational Development or related field.
- Masters degree in related fields is a plus.
- 3-5 years experience in Talent Management or learning and organization development
- Has some exposure to Performance Management, and Career/Skill Development initiatives. Extra Credit for experience in Talent Review initiatives.
