Description:
We are seeking a Clinician with Epic experience to join our training team on a limited-term basis to facilitate go-live training sessions for Clinicians. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of current Epic workflows and experience delivering training to peers.

Shift Hours:
Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week), Days/Evenings/Weekends

Job Description:
Demonstrates conceptual understanding and proficiency in Clinician's use of Epic. Knowledgeable regarding Clinician workflows in the hospital setting, primary care clinic, and/or specialty clinic. Works with the training team to review/study training materials to facilitate adaptation and user understanding of functionality. Communicates effectively with all members of the Epic team, leadership, and the end users. Leads classroom training for clinicians on Epic applications.
Qualifications:
Practicing or retired Clinician (MD/ACP/NP).
Previous Epic and training experience required.
Three to five years of healthcare experience, fundamental understanding of related workflow of care providers, proven communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization and demonstrated leadership in change management required. A detailed understanding of workflows, adult education experience with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
