Compensation is well structured and allows top performers the chance to realize their income dreams. The most successful Nurse Recruiters regularly earn above $250,000 per year. Remote Nurse Recruiters will earn a Base Salary, Uncapped Commissions, Annual Bonus Levels, Sales Incentives as well as full Health Insurance.
