Demonstrated ability to provide effective visionary leadership and strategic planning to focus human and material resources towards outstanding quality education for students.
Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining a productive board/superintendent leadership team with open two-way communication.
Record of maintaining a high level of visibility at school sites, class rooms, and school and community events.
Record of empowering, modeling and coaching administrators to fulfill their areas of responsibility while holding them accountable for showing results.
Record of involvement in positive and cooperative labor relations.
Demonstrated success in utilizing community resources to support the instructional program.
Demonstrated success in maintaining district solvency and in creative approaches to financing, planning and implementing the development and maintenance of school facilities.
Demonstrated successful experience in establishing career and college pathways.
