About the role
As an Inside Sales Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to support, coach, and lead a team in our fast-past sales environment. We're on the front lines working with prospects and clients.
We're looking for a results oriented sales leader who can show demonstrated success meeting goals. You should enjoy being in front of others (i.e. your team) more than your computer screen, have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will be expected to effectively coach and manage your team, handle change management, and meet our department sales goals.

Base Pay Range:
$76,000-$104,500
The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.

How does this role make an impact?
- Responsible for meeting direct sales goals and benchmarks through the management of licensed sales representatives who respond to telephonic and web inquiries for new business from prospects.
- Supports ongoing innovation and expansion of lead & sales activities at COUNTRY including expansion to additional lines of business and new digital capabilities.
- Supports recruitment and onboarding of new inside sales reps through defined onboarding and training processes including responsibility for sales training, quality assurance with a focus on an eye toward consistently improving rep readiness, success, and onboarding times.
- Partners with COUNTRY Technology and other teams to adopt or optimize various technologies to gain efficiency and improve client experience.
- Manages the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas. Maintains current contact information for all employees in applicable areas and communicates with non-recovery employees during a disaster.
Do you have what we're looking for?
- Advanced leadership and team management skills.
- Experience meeting sales benchmarks.
- Experience with property/casualty insurance.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Change management skills. Specifically, experience leading a team through changes of processes and procedures.
- Must acquire property/casualty producer license within 90 days.
- Must maintain property/casualty producer license by completing required continuing education as specified by the state regulating authority to retain employment in job.
- Typically requires 3+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
