Description:
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
1. Coordination between LTTS and Brooks Automation Project team
2. Coordination between cross functional team for technical reviews, efficient execution, clarification and changes
3. Project requirements understandings, scope finalization, budgeting and scheduling
4. Project monitoring and controlling to track key performance Parameters, risk assessment and mitigation
5. Manage and develop project team, Resource Mobilization, Collecting the project input, Changes, clarifications and approval
6. Coordinate various tasks between onsite- offshore team for project input, clarification and changes
7. Review project status with Brooks Automation senior management
8. Ensure quality and schedule delivery of services, as per agreed guidelines
9. Guide the project team on & discussions in consultation with Brooks team
10. Prototype development and testing, vendor coordination and technical query discussions with suppliers
11. Project documentation release in Agile, Coordinating with various team for release process
