We're looking for a Senior Director of Technology Alliances to lead and expand our strategic partnerships and technology ecosystem. This is a hybrid role blending business development, technical strategy, and people leadership. You'll oversee two skilled engineers while driving growth through high-impact alliances with key technology partners, cloud providers, and cybersecurity platforms.

For residents of CA, WA, NY, and CO, the base pay range for this position is $283045-$337,812. This role is eligible for a dictionary bonus up to 20%. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for this position plus any variable earnings, if applicable to the position. The individual compensation may be dependent on a variety of factors, such as geographic location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and performance. Should you accept this position, you must consent to and pass a Background Investigation, which includes (subject to country law), extended education, and additional criminal and civil checks.

Join Our Team as a Senior Director of Technology Alliances!
We're looking for a Senior Director of Technology Alliances to lead and expand our strategic partnerships and technology ecosystem. This is a hybrid role blending business development, technical strategy, and people leadership. You'll oversee two skilled engineers while driving growth through high-impact alliances with key technology partners, cloud providers, and cybersecurity platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the strategy and execution of our global technology alliances, with a focus on creating joint value with partners across the cybersecurity landscape.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), SI partners, SaaS platforms, and ecosystem enablers.
- Negotiate and structure complex technology and go-to-market partnership agreements that unlock revenue and market access.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align partnership initiatives with company objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of two partner engineers supporting technical integrations, enablement, and joint solution development.
- Drive joint solutions by aligning product roadmaps, ensuring technical compatibility, and creating compelling use cases that highlight our encryption and tokenization capabilities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build relationships and promote our brand.
- Track and measure partnership success with KPIs related to pipeline generation, partner-influenced revenue, and product adoption.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or alliance management, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of data security technologies, especially encryption, tokenization, and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Proven success structuring strategic alliances with cloud platforms, ISVs, or security ecosystem vendors.
- Experience working in or with fast-growing SaaS companies or cybersecurity startups is highly desirable.
- Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a growth mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead small technical teams and work cross-functionally with engineers and product teams.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presence.
- Existing relationships with major cloud providers or cybersecurity platform vendors.
- Background in technical sales engineering or solution architecture is a plus.
- MBA or technical degree preferred, but not required.

- This role is available as hybrid role where you will be required to commute to the office 2-3 days a week and work from home the other days. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
