Wiz is looking for a dynamic Director, Strategic Partners to build our Systems Integrator sell-business. The ideal candidate is a quota-carrier and has a background in selling to the world's largest system integrators. He/she also will have significant experience in collaborating cross-functionally with the internal sell-through, sell-with, and SI services organization to create a comprehensive partner consumption and partner GTM integrated engine. Reporting to the RVP, Systems Integrator Alliances, success will be accomplished by establishing working relationships with the SI Alliances organization, internal East/West Wiz supporting functions, and SI customer organizations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Drive net new logos among the world's largest GOSI's - direct quota carrying, this is not an overlay role
  • Collaborate with SI Alliances org and practice build consultant team to drive aligned sell-to, sell-with, sell-through, advisory and implementation services
  • Build champions at both the business and technical levels in the organization
  • Manage their business in alignment with the core RSM value sales process
  • Ensure that internal consumption motion drives external sell-through and sell-with partnership

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Expertise and documented success selling to SI Development organizations
  • Documented history of consistent quota over-attainment
  • Experience excelling in MEDICC-run organizations
  • Documented history of overachieving quota selling to the world's largest partner and MSSP organizations
  • Weekly travel throughout AMERS and as warranted, to India
  • Demonstrated leadership that promotes and exemplifies the highest levels of teamwork, integrity, accountability and support to the field and partner teams
  • Past experience with selling for industry leading SaaS organizations preferred
  • Past history working in early growth state technology companies preferred
  • Superb organization skills and demonstrated history outlining and establishing sales strategies preferred
  • BS or BA degree preferred

For candidates who receive an offer, the estimated pay range for this role is listed below and represents annual base salary range for non-commissionable roles or annual base salary + on-target earnings ("OTE") for commissionable roles. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units. Final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience and skills. Pay Range: $216,000 - $228,000 + variable

Compensation

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz's equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.

US Base Pay Range

$216,000-$252,000 USD
