Lead Data Analyst - Remote / Telecommute

Job Description:

Pay Range: $59.20hr - $64.20hr

Essential Functions:

• 25% Engages in data exploration using various programming languages (reading and writing code), requiring advanced knowledge of multiple database structures.
• 15% Collect, analyze, and interpret data to glean insights, and develop business appropriate recommendations.
• 15% Serve as an expert resource supporting data questions and issues from stakeholders and driving to resolution.
• 15% Research and analyze data flow across complex data ecosystems including operational and analytical data platforms.
• 10% Manage the collection of business and technical requirements from stakeholders to deliver data driven solutions.
• Produces and reviews technical documentation that is consistent with professional standards.
• 10% Lead in the design, development, validation and delivery of data to provide insight into business decisions.
• 10% Act as a mentor to all team members.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business or related field.

Experience:

• 8 years experience in a progressively responsible analytical/quantitative role.
• In Lieu of Education-In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Skills:

• PL/SQL Expert level.
• Experience - 4 - 6 Years.
• MS Power BI.
• SQL.
• Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment Concepts and File Familiarity.
• lteryx (preferred).
• Microsoft Fabric (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare industry.
• Hands on experience with Big Data/NoSQL Platforms with experience delivering production projects at scale.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders and leadership roles.

• Quantitative ,analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of analytical tools , languages, applications, platforms.
