Job Purpose

The Product Manager will identify, manage, and deliver new and existing DME products to the market and perform best practice life cycle management for the Diabetes product line. This role requires a deep understanding of the DME market and the sales cycle, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales targets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional and territory sales representatives focused on Diabetic DME products.
  • Analyze and anticipate market conditions in order to identify market trends, customer requirements and competitive strategy, and identify opportunities for increasing customer and business value through product differentiation.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
    • Use Power BI and other market data (ex - VGM data) to design territories, build quota and set compensation plans
    • "Pinning" Reliable brands as favorite supplier on Parachute
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, manufacturers, diagnostic companies, and decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and home healthcare settings.
    • Coordinate sales efforts with diagnostic/testing companies and manufacturers
    • If gap in the territory that requires sales coverage, fill in that gap

  • Provide product training to sales and applications for existing and new products.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth, optimize the sales process, and adjust strategies as needed. Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and team progress to senior management.
    • Review sales data daily and send daily report to senior leadership, review MoM referral trends
    • Frequently provide analysis of sales performance for specific accounts
    • Identify areas for improvement and take action to strengthen relationship with TM. Become personally involved in managing the account if account is not where it should be
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning and implementing change control processes.
  • Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure the successful promotion and distribution of DME products.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
    • Identify strategic conferences and trade shows, coordinate representation at industry events

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future
  • At minimum, a bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years in business development with proven track record of sourcing deals
  • 5+ years of sales and leading sales team
  • Have a valid and current driver's license from the state of residence
  • Have at least 3 years of verifiable driving experience
  • Have no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents on the driving record within the past 3 years
  • Have no misdemeanor conviction relating in any way to the operation of a motor vehicle where you have been convicted of, or released from incarceration, within the past three years (other than a first conviction for any of the following misdemeanors: drunkenness, simple assault, speeding, minor traffic violations, affray or disturbance of the peace) and no felony convictions
