- Internal Quality- Fabrications/Machining
- Work with the Small Business Team to lead and improve internal Quality
Typical task breakdown:
- Analyze Scrap and Rework Data
- Lead internal 8D Problem Resolution
- Assist with containment of Supplier Quality Non-Conformances
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelors in an Engineering Field
- 5 to 10 years experience.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office
- Problem Solving
- Minitab
Soft Skills:
- Able to facilitate small team in the 8D problem solving process.
- Good Communication Skill
- Able to communicate with a diverse mix of employees, both management and shop floor.
