Position Summary
We have an amazing opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Analyst II to join our team. This role will lead the sourcing efforts for one of our largest segments and will be required to have a deep understanding of FPGA, PCB Design, Radio Frequency, Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, and Test Automation Engineering positions. Additionally, this role will be required to source for other positions that need top secret clearances. The successful candidate will have collective expertise in managing stakeholder relationships, sourcing, conducting technical interviews, negotiating/extending offers and completing the full life cycle recruiting process. They must also be able to build exceptional hiring manager/human resource partner relationships. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform intake calls with managers
- Perform phone screens with candidates to qualify
- Source engineering and top-secret candidates from job boards and submit them directly to recruiters or managers
- Leverage recruiting experience from their time recruiting in the defense industry
- Drive a highly attractive candidate experience, including frequent communication and driving a white glove recruiting experience
- Create and execute unique and highly effective search strategies to identify and attract top -level passive talent, through consistently leveraging company recruiting tools
- Build and nurture a diverse network of contacts and a pipeline of executive talent for future opportunities
- Build employer brand by educating candidates about our culture and opportunities during phone interviews, job postings, and community engagement activities
- Follow standard work throughout the recruiting process to ensure hiring managers and candidates have a consistent and positive experience with the Talent Acquisition Management team
- Report search progress on all open roles on a weekly basis to the Director of Talent Acquisition, including consistently maintaining the internal reporting process
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience sourcing candidates with security clearances (Secret - Top Secret)
- Experience working in an agency setting filling positions such as FPGA, PCB Design, Radio Frequency, Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware and Software Engineering
- History of creating raving fans, resulting in being the preferred recruiter by leadership for high-impact roles
- Ability to successfully source and hire candidates on job boards such as LinkedIn and Clearance jobs
- Ability to navigate opposing opinions in conversations while simultaneously strengthening the relationship
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and navigate compressed timelines, to ensure candidates are identified and presented within the timelines aligned to business needs
- Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment Experience recruiting in a cross-functional corporate matrix is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years in search firm recruiting experience with a focus on a variety of roles such as manufacturing, and engineering positions.
