TITLE: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
PAY: $75,000 to $90,000 annually based on experience
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
IABA is a BCBA owned, small business seeking BCBAs who are in love with the science and impact of single subject design on our learners' outcomes. BCBAs at IABA enjoy the flexibility of building their own schedule and working from home for in-direct hours. BCBA is involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of interventions and supervises the in-home program as well as clinic services. IABA supports clients with a range of needed therapy hours with individualized treatment plans (no minimum therapy hours requirement!).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Completes intakes for new clients
- Perform functional behavior assessment to establish effective objectives and goals
- Complete behavioral, language, play and skill-based skills assessments
- Design, supervise and analyze treatment plans using principals of applied behavior analysis and precision teaching
- Supervise and evaluate staff to ensure proper implementation of the treatment plan
- Overlap client sessions
- Collaborate with parents/guardians on interventions that can be implemented in the home or clinic environment for skill-based training through monthly family meetings
- Maintain confidentiality, ethical guidelines, policies including HIPPA laws and regulation
- Maintain a flexible schedule to appropriately deliver services based on client needs
REQUIRED SKILLS
- A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Ability to represent the agency in a professional manner at all times
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to meet scheduling commitments
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
DESIRED SKILLS
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience with children with developmental disabilities/autism
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience supervising and training teams
- Precision Teacher or NET preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires a national certification as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
- NPI and CAQH numbers
- Must pass a background check
- First Aid/CPR training preferred. QBS training offered
WORK STATUS
- This is a full time position
TRAVEL
- Work time will be shared between travel and office setting
- Must have a valid driver's license and provide proof of auto insurance
