About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Strategic Finance team. This role will play a key part in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as conducting variance analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Strategic Finance team. This role will play a key part in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as conducting variance analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L and cash forecasting
- Prepare annual budgeting by collaborating cross-functionally with key departments, i.e. Growth, Commercial, Operations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for the Executives and the Board
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actuals on P&L against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers
- Create on-demand profitability models and "what-if" analysis to drive revenue growth and cost optimization
- Be able to summarize complex financial analysis and modeling results into concise insights for the Executives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Assist in ad-hoc projects focusing on strategic initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting, or a related field
- Advanced Excel and modeling skills are required
- Understand GAAP
- Experience with FP&A reporting platforms (i.e. Anaplan, Vena, Datarails)
- Experience with cloud-based Accounting software (e. Sage Intacc, Oracle, SAP)
- Be able to handle a large amount of data
- SaaS or technology industry experience is a plus
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Power BI) is a plus
- Experience in training and/or mentoring junior staff
- Ability to problem-solve independently and deliver timely and high-quality outputs
