As the HR Business Partner, US/CAN, will be responsible for shaping and driving the HR strategy and partner with business leaders for food and industrial ingredients in US and Canada on strategic priorities including talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and change management. Advise and coach business leaders on driving organizational values and culture. Lead, support and guide HR Business colleagues to ensure delivery of HR programs. The HRBP will partner with the respective segments/function leadership teams within USCAN geographies.

Pay Range:
$144,640.00-$192,853.33 Annual
This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.

What you will do (Responsibilities):
- Actively consult and provide solutions related to workforce, talent and organizational matters to business leaders
- Develop forward-thinking solutions based on understanding of relevant business operations and strategies
- Develop HR plans and budgets for the business supported
- Provide leadership over HR projects
- Develop and drive workforce and talent strategic plans
- Advise on the design and implementation of HR programs, ensuring programs remain relevant to the business supported
- Ensure HR structure and solutions are sustainable and relevant
- Champion the organizational values and culture
- Coach and develop business leaders
- Identify business needs and lead organizational change initiatives
- Partner and bring in resources from the Centers of Excellence to implement HR solutions that meet the distinctive challenges of the business
- Focus on the future of work
- Shape and drive HR strategy with a business perspective
- Deliver business and HR strategy through development of talent, workforce & workplace solutions
- Manage labor relations strategy and complex labor relations activities
- Support HR Leadership Team on the HR strategic plan
- Provide feedback on HR policies, processes and programs to CoEs
- Partner with HR Business colleagues globally to ensure delivery to client groups
What you will bring (Experience & knowledge):
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, human resource management or similar
- 10+ years of work experience in HR and 5+ as HR business partner
- Ability to travel within the region up to 5-10% of the time
