Reporting to the Senior Manager of Leadership Development, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping the leadership and talent development landscape at Crum & Forster (C&F).
As a Senior Leadership Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, running, and improving development programs that help employees grow, build strong leadership skills, and support C&F's overall talent development goals. We're looking for a team player who takes action and can enhance company-wide development efforts to boost employee engagement, performance, and business success.

The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $68,000.00 to a maximum of $100,000.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee's contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.

What you will do for C&F:
- Help design and improve leadership programs across the company. Work with the Senior Manager of Leadership Development to create programs that help mid- to senior-level leaders.
- Take the lead on improving our employee development and mentoring programs. Make changes that boost their impact, improve how we track results, and help us see what's working.
- Create and share tools like training guides, toolkits, and communication materials that help employees and managers use our performance management system more effectively.
- Collaborate with leaders from different teams to build and launch a training series that teaches employees how our business works and how they can grow their careers here.
- Team up with the LMS (Learning Management System) group to manage programs like mentoring, onboarding for new leaders, job shadowing, and internships.
- Use data to measure how well our programs are working. Create reports and work with the Talent & Org Development and HR teams to keep making things better.
What you will bring to C&F:
- 3+ required/5+ years of professional experience preferred in leadership development, talent management, learning & development, project/program management, or a related HR function.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization, leveraging strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills to develop innovative, scalable leadership development solutions.
- Proficiency in learning technologies, instructional design, and performance management processes is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in program design and implementation of enterprise-wide development initiatives is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP/SCP) is a plus.
