Job Description

The Senior Digital Specialist will lead the strategy and execution of SEM and paid social campaigns for enterprise-level clients. This role is responsible for identifying emerging trends, building and optimizing multi-platform campaigns, managing bids, and developing custom audience and remarketing strategies. You'll also analyze performance, review landing pages and ad copy, and deliver insights that drive results aligned with client goals.

This is a hands-on role that blends tactical execution with strategic thinking. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams-including product, customer success, and growth teams-to deliver full-funnel media strategies that drive measurable hiring outcomes. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, results-driven, and energized by solving complex marketing challenges.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across PPC, Display/Programmatic, and Remarketing channels to achieve client performance goals.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to internal teams-collaborating with product, sales, and marketing to align messaging, audience targeting, and funnel strategies
  • Own end-to-end campaign delivery: from planning and creative briefing to data setup, execution, and optimization.
  • Work with account leadership to ensure strategies reflect a modern audience-first integration across online and offline channels
  • Identify growth and upsell opportunities; support business development by contributing to sales strategy and client proposals.
  • Evaluate/Identify when creative strategy should be modified to better meet client requirements
  • Review final layouts to ensure they meet both program objectives and client requirements
  • Advise on data management practices-supporting setup, reporting, troubleshooting, and performance insights.
  • Participate in and/or direct budget development process, and re-projecting budgets as directed
  • Identify campaign or financial issues that require further analysis; provide direction for analysis
  • Participate in annual file audit, year-end review, budget and annual plan, and presentations
  • Key client contact & SME for program planning, strategy and program evaluation
  • Work cross-functionally on digital-specific process and product improvements
  • Manage team resources across multiple disciplines to ensure program objectives are met
  • Support junior team members on an as needed basis with strategy and execution advice


Qualifications
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to apply strategic thinking, including mathematical proficiency and ability to turn raw data into insights.
  • Strong experience in data analysis including Google Analytics, Search, and Social analysis.
  • Outstanding relationship building and communication skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite

Education and Experience
  • 5-8+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, or growth - preferably within B2B SaaS or recruitment tech.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful digital strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, analytics tools and ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Analytical mindset with a creative edge - able to ideate and execute.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in recruitment or HR tech is a plus.

Travel Requirements
  • Travel may be required as necessary for this position.
