IT Project Manager

Description:
Job purpose
Oversee project development and testing. Plan pilot and rollout scheduling. Execute and monitor plan to guarantee a successful implementation.
Oversee and maintain Store System configurations. Provide, test, and implement regular software updates. Interact with multiple internal and external vendors.
Manage the installation of the store systems and network for new construction and remodel projects.
Review reported system issues. Determine and provide solutions. Test and monitor updates

Duties and responsibilities

The primary job duties and responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to;
Regular interaction with Architect, General Contractor, Equipment and Service Vendors, and provide internal status updates.
Analyze reported issues. And determine causes.
Monitor software and hardware upgrade developments.
Maintain and oversee lab configurations and testing.
Develop graphical and configuration modifications.
Provide solutions.
Pilot Stage planning, implementation and monitoring. Interaction with vendors and customers.
Rollout Stage planning, implementation and monitoring. Interaction with vendors and customers.
Implement configuration modifications and enhancements.
Coordinate the schedule of all vendors to complete project by target date.
Maintain and oversee hardware and software installation status. Provide internal status updates.
Schedule and provide support
