Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new technicians as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Supervise Service Coordinator:
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, ensuring timely and efficient response to customer needs.
- Monitor and manage service requests, work orders, and job progress.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of service activities.
- Customer Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all HVAC services are performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of completed work.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and control department budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

- Compliance and Safety:
