Travel: Local travel to job sites and client meetings required

What You'll Do
- Analyze project documents, blueprints, and specifications to determine project scope and pricing strategy.
- Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and calculate labor, material, and equipment costs using tools such as Accubid and BIM.
- Maintain pricing databases and solicit competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with project managers throughout the construction lifecycle to ensure alignment with original estimates.
- Attend job site walkthroughs and client meetings to gather information and provide estimating support.
- Draft professional proposals, scope letters, and vendor solicitations.
- Develop sales support materials and participate in bid and preconstruction meetings.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of electrical estimating experience in commercial/industrial environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Accubid, BIM, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and OSHA 10 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
