With offices in Chamonix, Paris and Los Angeles, a global distribution and own physical retail stores in key locations, the brand continues to expand its vision of contemporary skiing.

Key responsabilities

1. Field Team Management
  • Implement the company's commercial strategy in the field
  • Supervise and lead field sales teams
  • Ensure continuous training for sales teams by providing them with the necessary tools, technical information, and sales arguments
  • Communicate the brand's history and values to ensure a full adoption of its philosophy, product lines, and evolution by retail partners, optimizing sales performance.
  • Oversee the quality and performance of field services.
  • Monitor and optimize field team budgets and forecasts.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through effective and proactive communication with business partners.
  • Ensure field operations comply with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships of trust between Black Crows and its retailers.

2. Key Account Management
  • Organize and schedule meetings with major strategic accounts (EVO, REI, Backcountry, etc.).
  • Drive sales growth and ensure strong sell-out performance.
  • Deploy and oversee the implementation of the marketing plan for each key account.
  • Organize and monitor product training sessions for Black Crows retailers (hard goods & soft goods).

3. Marketing & Events
  • Work closely with local marketing teams to maximize commercial impact.
  • Support the organization and smooth execution of on-snow and off-snow events to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

4. Internal coordination and collaboration

  • Work closely with internal business partners such as Finance on monitoring agent commissions and cash collection, with Legal for the legal aspects of customer and agent contracts, and with Operations to ensure that orders are properly executed
  • Comply with the company processes and actively contribute to their continuous improvement
  • Monitor the North American market and share expertise with internal stakeholders

Hard-skills and experience
  • Min 5 year of experience in Sales (BtoB mandatory)
  • Deep knowledge of outdoor and ski hard goods and/or softgoods for North American business is mandatory
  • A successful initial experience in management and network building, making them more suited to a growing secondary brand rather than a market leader, is a strong plus
  • Understanding of European/French culture, is a strong plus

  • Agile and "hands-on": capable of adapting to our structure and culture, and able to create tools based on the provided data/resources or at least adapt them effectively


Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift pairs of skis and parcels, move full sample set multiple times a week


Contract & conditions:

Start date: as soon as possible

Contract: permanent, full-time

Location: Los Angeles (preferred), Salt Lake City, Denver

Travel frequency : >50% of the time, can be more in season
