We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment. This role involves planning and controlling factory and line layouts, optimizing production output and efficiency, and implementing continuous improvement activities for existing production processes.
Responsibilities
This position is based in a manufacturing and assembly environment. The role involves working with advanced technologies and equipment to ensure efficient production processes. The work may involve shift work and requires adherence to safety and quality standards.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $48.08/hr.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment. This role involves planning and controlling factory and line layouts, optimizing production output and efficiency, and implementing continuous improvement activities for existing production processes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and control factory and line layouts, including line configuration for optimal production output and efficiency.
- Manage material process flow and implement line balancing.
- Conduct capacity analysis and evaluate labor costs.
- Lead multiple projects and support engineers with their product launches.
- Identify and implement continual improvement activities for existing production processes.
- Generate and maintain procedures, work instructions, and forms to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Perform ISO audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of business operations including production planning, scheduling, MRP, ATP, and capacity planning.
- Thorough understanding of Product Data Management and its impact on Supply Chain Management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with SAP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including training and presentation abilities.
- Exposure to Pro-Engineer and other solid modeling applications.
- Experience with manufacturing concepts such as factory layout, line balancing, workflow analysis, capacity analysis, and employee training.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
