About the team and the role:

The Enterprise Seller Development Manager is a critical position within eBay's Hard Goods category, dedicated to fostering solid relationships with enterprise sellers. This role is central to driving strategic initiatives that enhance key performance indicators, partnerships, Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), and revenue opportunities. With a strong focus on the most strategic and impactful relationships within the Hard Goods, Electronics, and eBay Refurbished categories, the position reports to a senior leader within the team, providing guidance and accelerating growth through consultative partnerships and sharing of knowledge. The team is known for its collaborative culture, emphasizing work/life balance while innovating to support seller success.

What you will accomplish:
  • Establish and sustain strong relationships with enterprise sellers, managing some of eBay's largest accounts through strategic consultations and regular business reviews.
  • Develop and implement strategies that ensure successful platform integration and early growth for enterprise sellers, evaluating their business data to uncover growth opportunities and assess risks.
  • Customize and implement business plans tailored to help enterprise sellers achieve their growth targets, improving engagement and conversion rates.
  • Lead collaboration efforts with cross-functional teams to resolve complex seller challenges, ensuring policy compliance and guiding sellers through platform updates.
  • Drive initiatives to develop standard process frameworks, sharing knowledge systematically within the seller community to improve overall performance.
  • Measure the effectiveness of educational initiatives aimed at expanding seller knowledge, adapting to new policy/package impacts, and establishing industry best practices.


What you will bring:
  • At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce and account management with proven skills in relationship building with enterprise-level clients.
  • Superb influencing and presentation skills, backed by a history of high performance and cross-functional collaboration leadership.
  • Strong project management skills, analytical abilities, and strategic thinking-essential for interpreting data, analytics, and modeling.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising and a commitment to mastering industry expertise, accompanied by adaptability to shifting business priorities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, with executive-level communication skills necessary for crafting compelling, data-backed narratives.
  • A self-motivated, problem-solving approach, balancing meticulous attention to detail with efficiency, committed to contributing to eBay's growth.


The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$70,000 - $120,700

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
