SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reconcilements Manager to join our Operations team. As an integral part of our Operations department, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining our reconciliation processes to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions. You will oversee a team dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our financial data, implementing robust control measures, and collaborating with various departments to enhance our reconciliation frameworks.

In this role, your primary focus will be to lead complex reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and implement best practices to mitigate financial risks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Technology, and Operations, to deliver solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements. Your analytical skills and strategic vision will be vital in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Experience in process improvement methodologies and implementing automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in financial services.

Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations and reconciliations, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large volumes of complex financial data.
  • Experience working with enterprise financial software and reconciliation systems.

Hours:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
