Position Summary

The Vice President of Field Marketing will lead the strategic vision and execution of all regional and on-site marketing initiatives that drive tour flow and revenue growth across Vacatia's resort portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing in-house, OPC, and vendor tour programs, ensuring these efforts align with company-wide branding, sales goals, and growth initiatives. A key member of the executive leadership team, this individual will play a vital role in shaping Vacatia's go-to-market strategy and customer engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a national field marketing strategy to support tour generation, new owner acquisition, and brand presence at each resort location.
  • Lead the design, execution, and optimization of in-house, OPC, and vendor marketing programs, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Regional Marketing Directors, on-site Marketing Managers, and marketing representatives.
  • Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI of field marketing campaigns across all tour sources.
  • Drive the evolution of Vacatia's marketing approaches through creative local partnerships, digital integration, event marketing, and community engagement.
  • Oversee the execution of in-market initiatives including OPC programs, in-house marketing, local promotions, and experiential campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, Sales, Training, and Operations to align marketing messages, materials, and programs with business goals.
  • Work closely with Product and Technology teams to integrate tools that support lead capture, tracking, and attribution across all tour sources.
  • Develop and manage field marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to high-performing markets.
  • Evaluate and implement vendor partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional opportunities aligned with growth targets.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in-house, OPC, and vendor tour programs or similar customer acquisition channels in a performance-driven culture across multiple locations at regional and national levels..
  • Strong track record in overseeing event marketing, lead generation, strategic partnerships, and contact center operations.
  • Experience in vacation ownership, hospitality, real estate, or similarly complex multi-site environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven success leading exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities with a track record of building strong, empowered teams.
  • Deep understanding of localized marketing tactics, consumer behavior, and lead generation funnels.
  • Strong analytical mindset; experience using CRM, lead tracking systems, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
