Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
  • Lead software projects from planning to execution, ensuring clear ownership, timely delivery, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with hardware, calibration, and marketing teams to align goals, streamline communication, and deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Own and optimize project management workflows-maintain dev boards, track progress, and highlight priorities and blockers.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle and ensure server-side reliability and security.
  • Manage app store listings, deployments, updates, and customer reviews.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on best practices and development standards.
  • Create clear, comprehensive documentation for system architecture and implementation.
  • Stay adaptable, support other teams when needed, and continuously learn and improve.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our software solutions competitive.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate.
  • Experience with .NET, C/C++, React (or similar frameworks), and mobile development.
  • Expertise in API development, concurrent programming, and GUI design.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
