We have a new opportunity for a Director of Enrollment, Agency IQ to lead the adoption and engagement strategy for our Data Analytics Platform and other technology programs. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that our members understand the value of these tools and are successfully onboarded to leverage them. Experience working within an insurance agency environment will be highly beneficial in understanding member needs and tailoring outreach effectively.

The Day to Day
  • Program Enrollment Strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive enrollment plan to drive member signups for data analytics, AI, digital transformation tools, and other technology programs.
  • Member Engagement & Communication:
    Serve as the primary point of outreach for program enrollment, engaging member agencies through tailored messaging, events, and direct interactions.
  • Enrollment Pipeline Management:
    Build, maintain, and report on a healthy enrollment pipeline. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize outreach strategies for conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with the Data, Product, Marketing, and Member Services teams to align messaging, enrollment materials, and onboarding workflows.
  • Value Communication:
    Articulate the business and operational value of tech programs, including real-world use cases, ROI, and strategic advantages for member agencies.
  • Member Success Enablement:
    Ensure members are successfully activated post-enrollment with appropriate training, support resources, and usage tracking.
  • Insights & Reporting:
    Provide feedback from the field to help inform program development. Regularly report on adoption trends, barriers, and member sentiment to the team.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in enrollment, customer success, business development, or account management roles-preferably in insurance, data/analytics, or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of data analytics platforms, digital tools, and the value of technology within the insurance ecosystem
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders at all levels
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment/adoption goals in a B2B environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data visualization tools
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Prior experience working within or closely with an independent insurance agency is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Data, or a related field is a plus
