Position Overview:
As a Project Manager at Premier Electric, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing electrical projects from inception to completion. We are looking for someone with extensive experience as a Project Manager for an electrical contractor, particularly for projects with large homes. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for an electrical contractor.
• Proven experience managing ultra high-end residential projects or transferable experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar.

Working Conditions:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
