Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $55.29/hr.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through completion. This role involves overseeing project schedules, scope, and budgets while fostering strong client relationships and mentoring a team of architects, designers, and interns.
Responsibilities
- Manage architectural projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring alignment with schedule, scope, and budget.
- Mentor and supervise architects, designers, and interns to build a high-performing team.
- Act as the primary client liaison, building long-term relationships through responsive communication and thoughtful leadership.
- Track project profitability, identify risks, and resolve challenges proactively.
- Review and guide design deliverables for quality, code compliance, and constructability.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external consultants for integrated project delivery.
- Lead post-project close-out reviews to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Assist with proposals, scope development, staffing plans, and fee estimates.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- 6+ years of experience managing architectural projects.
- Experience in the entertainment, industrial, grocery, or commercial sectors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
