Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Survey Project Manager to oversee quality control of all survey documents, including survey plans, record plots, and metes and bounds descriptions. The role involves reviewing title commitment reports and providing construction layout services. This position requires administering surveying activities, managing staff, technical resources, and client communications for multiple projects.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of survey experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- 2 years of Survey Tech experience.
- Proven track record of business development and leadership.
- Excellent communication, diplomacy, and listening skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and drawings.
- Ability to operate technical software, spreadsheets, and other business applications.
- Proposal and RFP experience (Plus).
- Experience in monitoring project budgets (Plus).
- Business development experience (Plus).
- Experience with topographic surveys.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) required.
- A bachelor's Degree is preferred.
