Eagle Health Analytics is looking for a Cloud Security Architect, who has at least a minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with senior level non-technical personnel and possesses a technical background that enables them to interact and provide guidance to the technical development team. As a cloud architect, your duties will include designing and implementing cloud solutions for the CDC National Program of Cancer Registries, ensuring the smooth functioning of cloud systems with minimal downtime. Aids in the establishment of best practices for cloud adoption and works with other team members to monitor cloud privacy and address technical issues.

Key Experience and Skills:
- Enhance and maintain CS-CBCP environments to support pathology and physician reporting services.
- Migrate, develop, update, enhance and maintain pathology reporting related functions.
- Migrate, develop, update, enhance and maintain physician reporting related functions.
- Migrate administration functions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of applications, services, and functionality implemented on CS-CBCP.
- Work with CDC and Lexis Nexis to document all requirements for development, maintenance, and scaling of the following:
- CCR user interface to upload valid batch files, in accordance with CDC and Lexis Nexis approved input format; the user interface should be secure such that CCRs can only see and access their submitted and enhanced, returned data files, but are not able to see or access other CCR's data files (neither input or output files)
- Automated processes after CCRs have uploaded their respective batch file (once a month). This may entail a mechanism for CCRs to track the status of the submitted batch files.
- Automated processes that will be implemented at a specific date/time of each month to prepare the consolidated batch file for Lexis Nexis. This will entail automated processes for combining batch files from each CCR submitted monthly into one single file for Lexis Nexis to retrieve. Data from each CCR will be identified clearly based on an agreed upon identifier for each CCR used in the data input template.
- Lexis Nexis interface to download and upload the consolidated batch file for all states to the CS-CBCP.
- Automated process for CS-CBCP to take the enhanced, consolidated batch file returned from Lexis Nexis and parse out the resulting data to the appropriate CCR, based on the previously mentioned CCR identifier.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with senior level non-technical personnel and possesses a technical background that enables them to interact and provide guidance to the technical development team.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Microsoft Azure, or experience building high-availability or High traffic infrastructure.
- At least 7 years' working experience with Linux and Windows designing solutions with technologies such as MSSQL, the latest versions of Windows Server, the latest versions of IIS Exchange, Active Directory, VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.
- Demonstrates experience and working knowledge of software development practices, solution implementation, disaster recovery process, and security requirements for patient identifiable information (PII).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

- Working knowledge of the CDC National Program of Cancer Registries
- Experienced in customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure
Physical Requirements:
- Indoors in a normal office environment and/or partial to full work from home. May require extensive periods of sitting or standing. Frequent computer uses at workstation for several hours at a time. Frequently work at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.
