How You'll Make an Impact:
As a Lead Financial Analyst in our FP&A team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategies and operations across Epsilon. You'll partner with FP&A leadership and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality forecasting, reporting, and decision support. By enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial processes, your work will ensure that accurate and insightful financial information is consistently available to drive strategic decisions. Your contributions will directly support the development and delivery of key business review presentations and analyses, positioning you as a key influencer in our financial planning and analysis endeavors. This is a hybrid role with the expectation to work out of the Wakefield, MA Epsilon office a minimum of two times per week.

What You'll Achieve:
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision support processes with a focus on Epsilon Core Partnering.
- Collaborate with Epsilon's G&A functional leaders to produce and manage weekly and monthly deliverables.
- Provide senior FP&A management with month-end variance explanations and forecasts.
- Support the senior finance team in developing and delivering key business review presentation materials and supporting analyses.
- Partner with FP&A teams, key stakeholders, and business leaders to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
- Identify and implement improvements to drive efficiencies in FP&A recurring processes.
- Conduct extensive financial modeling and analysis, working with both domestic and international entities.
- Engage in ad hoc financial modeling and analysis as needed.
Who You Are:
- What you'll bring with you:
- A degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3-6 years of combined experience preferred with a minimum of 2 years of FP&A and/or accounting experience in a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Significant experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on reporting and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
- Financial systems experience

- Familiarity with Prophix financial planning and SAP G/L.
