We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our Shipper Solutions team! We're seeking an individual with a proven track record of delivering logistics technology solutions.
This individual will have day-to-day responsibility for building Loadsmart's next-generation brokerage platform. They will translate Loadsmart's product strategy into an executable roadmap that consistently delivers value to the business.
The Senior Product Manager will work closely with brokerage staff to design technology solutions that drive greater efficiency, scalability, and profitability.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Working in one of our product squads, building data products and insights to enable business growth
- Building and managing high-quality roadmaps based on your vision and strategy
- Collaborating closely with sales, business development, operations, design, and engineering
- Gaining a deep understanding of your customers' pain points to develop your product's vision, strategy, and roadmap-ultimately addressing those pain points and generating value for the business
- Diving deep into data, analyzing trends and opportunities to improve our supply algorithms and strategies
- Taking ownership of Loadsmart's data strategies and products to support key initiatives
- Defining product requirements in coordination with multiple stakeholders, overseeing design and engineering execution, and building and implementing release plans
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role owning product roadmaps and managing the full product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the freight brokerage or third-party logistics (3PL) industry, understanding of full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) operations, pricing, and shipment lifecycle
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver technology products that drive measurable business impact
- Experience building or enhancing platforms or tools used internally by brokerage, logistics, or operations teams is a strong plus
- Demonstrated success in translating complex operational workflows into scalable software solutions
- 1+ years of experience with data visualization tools and/or business intelligence platforms
- Strong understanding of technical and analytical concepts, with the ability to discuss them confidently
- Ability to work autonomously, with a proven track record of building products with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data concepts; skilled in data manipulation (e.g., Excel, SQL, etc.)
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
