- 50% PPO, 50% FFS
- Schedule: Full-Time Tuesday - Friday
- Active patients: 4,500
- Dr. Chairs: 6 Hygiene Chairs: 6
- Cone beam, iTero, Invisalign provider, in-house Periodontist
- Beautiful office with large spacious operatories, lab, and sterilization rooms

Compensation
- Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections

Qualifications and Skills
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in Connecticut, in good standing.
- Completion of a residency program in general dentistry, preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.
- Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry - ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients, and has a focus on prevention
- Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
