Position Description: Voyager Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to lead multiple medium size fast paced development and production programs within our fastest growing product line. The Program Manager is responsible for overall program management and is accountable for program execution, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and capturing new business within the product line. This position requires an extensive interface with customer leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional team to drive program execution to meet the contract obligations for cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements
- Be the primary customer point of contact for all program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
- Work with the leadership team to ensure the program has the resources needed to meet contract obligations
- Ensure the program executes the work scope on contract and that out of scope work is quickly identified, communicated with the customer, and eliminated or added as part of a change proposal
- Communicate program status to the Customer and internal leadership
- Travel as required
Requirements:
- 8 or more years of Program Management experience
- Experience managing FAR Cost Plus development programs with EVMS
- A strong technical background with a preference for a BS in Engineering and domain experience in space hardening and PCBA design
- Experience with the US DOD System Engineering Management Process for conduct of SRR, PDRF, CDR and other major program milestones
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent team building and interpersonal skills
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US person and able to obtain a SECRET clearance
