This is a remote role
As a Senior Manager, HR System Administration, you are the driving force behind the seamless operation of all HR technical platforms. You spearhead system administration, ensuring everything runs smoothly within a robust governance framework. Your leadership empowers HR functions with cutting-edge technology infrastructure, covering everything from learning and performance management to succession planning, recruiting, compensation, and benefits.
You are at the helm of program development and deployment, aligning with the HR PMO to guarantee the successful technical delivery of HR projects, including enterprise-wide and global initiatives. Leading a dynamic team of System Administrators and Analysts, you are the mastermind behind the technical facets of these projects.
Your role extends to managing crucial vendor relationships, where you lead impactful meetings and negotiations, ensuring the best outcomes. Your expertise and leadership are pivotal in creating an efficient, effective, and innovative HR technology landscape.

What You'll Do
- Responsible for the implementation, and maintenance of HRIS supporting HR functions including Talent and Learning.
- Provide organization-wide infrastructure and customer service for HRIS functions.
- Responsible for technical aspect of projects, many of which are global in scope.
- Set and manage plan across all projects to deliver consistent, effective, and efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with HR PMO, HR Analytics, HR Change Management and IS&T to stay aligned and deliver HRIS vision.
- Manages expectations, and build functional relationships with key HR peers and stakeholders; including the global team.
- Influence internal leaders and managers to align on consistent and best practice of system use and related business processes.
- Manage a governance model to ensure there is a process established to succeed.
- Responsible for vendor management; including contract management against defined SLAs
- Manage a consistent and well planned approach to connecting with vendors, timing maintenance, contract renewals, evolution of system functionality is required.

What You Bring
- Expert level experience with enterprise HRIS software -SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone on Demand, Paradox, iCIMS a plus.
- Experience with HCM System implementation a plus.
- Highly skilled project manager, with full technical project life cycle experience
- Organizer with strong capability to drive delivery
- Excellent people manager, demonstrated success managing technical teams, preferably in a remote capacity
- Demonstrated success with vendor management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Microsoft office skills - expert excel use
