The National Accounts Manager will drive the Southern CaseArts strategy sales; aggressively, efficiently, and continuously develop/evolve the market share & wallet share throughout current key accounts along with continuously developing and managing business development pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a track record of effectively leading a sales territory in significant growth, be skilled in situational leadership, have well-established relationships in the industry, and have a focus on giving excellent customer service. The National Accounts Manager will develop a strong pipeline and develop solid relationships with internal departments and external customers.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for sales developments within assigned key national accounts.
- Responsible for maintaining and expanding corporate branding relationships within key national accounts.
- Primary mission will be to increase sales
- Marketing Southern CaseArts name via strategic travel and trade shows
- Developing additional wallet share to provide more goods and services.
- Penetrating additional market share opportunities by finding new clients within each brand; thus, converting competitor clients over to Southern CaseArts
- Weekly activity reporting to VP of Sales & Product Management to show how activity is driving towards plan; associate dollars and location counts with activity to align.
- Evaluate customer service levels and look for opportunities to improve the customer experience; work with senior management improving the customer experience in all operational areas of the business.
- Collaborate with the VP of Business Development in order to maximize RFI, RFP, and RFQ opportunities and bid invitations.
- Analyze and determine root problem of any project deficiency and communicate action plans to resolve any issues with the client.
- Contribute to annual budget and forecasting planning based on market trends and pipeline.
- Being a team player and developing relationships within Southern CaseArts to better facilitate successful projects.
- Support with market and customer information, and voice of the customer
- Support the growth of our new product developments, and being a liaison between our development team and our customers
Qualifications / Skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication and negotiation skills.

- Excellent at setting vision and strategies
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion under minimal supervision, prioritizing and multitasking as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite of software applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- High degree of professionalism, people management, and problem solving
- Organized reporting of activities that drive goals.
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
- National account sales or relevant industry experience required
- 5 years' minimum sales experience selling into grocery/retail and convenience store
- Proven experience in continuous improvement and best practices
- Fifty percent of travel or as needed between clients, partners, trade shows, and internal facilities.
- Proven track record of sales leadership experience
- Ability to analyze financial and sales data, establish objectives and measure success, and manage complex projects and multiple priorities.
- Fit culturally within an environment of personal accountability and high integrity.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (for air and car travel)
