Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Data and Analytics Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring that all HR business data process functionality is properly implemented, making key business decisions regarding business processes excellence in the division, and implementing the strategy and monitoring direct reports' consulting and support services in the areas of process improvement, system utilization, data integrity and auditing. This role will manage a team to monitor HR data integrity with appropriate progress of change management and process improvement projects, ensuring there are strong ties between the HR business leads and HRIS as related to processes, data, and reporting governance.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead projects that support the strategic initiatives of the division and Cintas as a whole.
  • Apply organization and process knowledge to connect resources to meet project timelines and requirements.
  • Attend meetings to understand business requirements; organize and prioritize open projects based upon business requirements and system capabilities.
  • Be fluent in technological and business terminology to successfully reduce complex ideas to simple terms using comparisons and metaphors when working with partners not familiar to specific processes.
  • Coach and mentor partners to be proactive in identifying, resolving and communicating issues on system issues, software upgrades, performance metrics, and business processes.


Skills/Qualifications

Required
  • High school diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of experience managing multi-functional areas with staff responsibilities including supervising daily team activities, coaching/mentoring, career development planning, performance management, recruiting and hiring preferred.
  • 2+ years managing or overseeing data processes.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills to provide recommendations and options to meet business needs.
  • Must be able to see the big picture to create solutions yet drill down to manage the detail.
  • Project management skills to define project schedules and lead others to meet key milestones and dates.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with both technical and business resources.
  • Ability to lead with influence and assist team members with decision making and conflict resolution.
  • Occasional travel required.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors application or other HR cloud solution.
  • HRIS leadership and/or HR Reporting and Analytics experience.
