Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced?Senior Sales Representative?with?5+ years in IT sales?to lead revenue growth in?desktop support and service desk outsourcing. This role is critical in managing high-value new business opportunities and strategic competitive renewals. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong solution-selling expertise, and the ability to craft compelling, differentiated offerings for clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify opportunities?for desktop and service desk outsourcing, focusing on strategic clients and competitive renewals.
  • Develop tailored solution strategies?that address client needs while differentiating services from competitors.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, working closely with senior leadership and technical teams to create winning bids.
  • Collaborate with solution teams?to define pricing, service delivery models, and proposal strategies that align with client expectations.
  • Write persuasive proposals?and present solutions effectively to clients, adapting tone and flow for various stakeholders.
  • Drive contract negotiations?and support Statement of Work (SOW) development in partnership with commercial management.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to refine sales approaches.
  • Maintain strong relationships?with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term client success and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 5+ years?in B2B IT sales,?preferably in outsourcing, managed services, or IT support solutions.
  • Education:?Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of?desktop support, IT service management, and outsourcing models.
  • Expertise in?solution selling, proposal writing, and strategic deal negotiations.
  • Ability to?develop compelling win strategies?that resonate with C-level executives and business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional?presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in?CRM systems, market analysis, and sales forecasting tools.

  • Base - up to $180,000 OTE- $360,000 to $400,000
