We're looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing leader to build and execute strategies that fuel our customer acquisition and conversion engine. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborates closely with the VP of Marketing to ensure alignment across brand, content, and acquisition strategies. You'll own performance across digital channels, lead CRM and lifecycle initiatives, oversee website strategy, and manage the intersection of content and paid media.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity for someone who's as comfortable digging into data as they are launching bold, creative campaigns that convert.

What We're Looking For
Expected Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $130,000 - $165,000.In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.

Launched initially as the exclusive distributor of NFL Sunday Ticket to commercial establishments in the United States, EverPass partners with rightsholders, distribution partners and business owners to unlock greater access to premium live events and drive business growth. What You'll Work On
Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Lead the customer acquisition strategy across digital and offline channels
- Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns in partnership with external agency
- Monitor and analyze campaign ROI, channel mix, and lead quality to drive continuous improvements
Website Strategy & Optimization
- Own the website roadmap-including UX, performance, SEO, and content strategy
- Manage site enhancements to improve lead conversion and visitor engagement
- Ensure web infrastructure and security align with company standards
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
- Develop and manage end-to-end customer journey strategies via HubSpot and Salesforce
- Execute segmented email marketing, nurture tracks, and retention campaigns
- Own lead scoring and pipeline contribution in partnership with Sales and RevOps
Content & SEO
- Partner with agency and internal teams to develop high-performing content that supports business goals
- Align content strategy with SEO priorities to drive organic traffic and inbound pipeline
- Optimize content deployment across web, email, and paid channels
Tradeshows & Event Support
- Own growth strategy related to event presence and tradeshow activation
- Drive pre-show promotion, onsite engagement, and post-event lead conversion
What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years of growth, performance, or digital marketing experience
- Proven success managing full-funnel acquisition programs, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics, CRO, and SEO best practices
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
- Analytical mindset with comfort using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar
- Experience managing agencies across paid media, SEO, content, and creative
- Bonus: Experience in sports media, streaming, SaaS, or hospitality technology industries
