As a Solutions Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring our prospects understand how Dealpath can solve their most critical business challenges. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to design tailored solutions to showcase the value of Dealpath.

As a Solutions Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring our prospects understand how Dealpath can solve their most critical business challenges. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to design tailored solutions to showcase the value of Dealpath.
You're excited about this opportunity because you'll:
- Partner with Account Executives during the pre-sales process to understand prospect pain points and align Dealpath's solutions with their goals.
- Engage with Dealpath Account Executives and pre-sales prospects to understand and scope professional services and subscription agreements
- Deeply understand and clearly document complex workflow requirements to ensure prospect solution fit, deliver customized product demonstrations, and coordinate knowledge handover to Implementation
- Create solution design and implementation plan documents that outline project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Respond to prospect feedback through objection handling and partner with Product Development to relay any product improvements
- Build out processes with Sales and Customer Success to seamlessly collaborate to meet revenue, implementation quality, and customer retention goals
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure alignment on new product releases and positioning, and assist with internal sales enablement initiatives
- Maintain demo environments with relevant data updates and ensure alignment with latest product capabilities
- Travel up to 10% for in-person meetings, onsite demos, or events as needed
- A self-motivated team player, ready to embrace a fast paced, high-growth environment
- Able to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable presenting to senior executives and leading conversations with credibility and clarity
- Confident in recommending and executing the best practices for the implementation of SaaS solutions.
- Passionate about solving real-world business problems with modern SaaS solutions
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or equivalent role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with presenting to senior executive audiences
- Highly collaborative team player who adapts when working cross functionally
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

- Experience in commercial real estate, finance or consulting

- The estimated pay range for New York City based candidates is $130,000 - $145,000 base, & $40,000-$45,000 variable compensation.
- This position is also eligible for Dealpath's equity plan.
- Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process. Your actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
