Undefeated Tribe is an official Crunch Fitness franchise based in Austin, TX. Over the next two years, the Undefeated Tribe will expand the Crunch Fitness brand across Texas, New Mexico, Missouri and Oklahoma and invite over 500 individuals to join their team to help their community experience fitness, wellness, relaxation, and recovery.

Job Summary:
- Lead and manage complex technology projects from initiation to delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage changes to project scope and timelines.
- Ensure transparency in progress through effective reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
- Manage dependencies across teams and platforms, ensuring seamless integration.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
- Proven success delivering software, systems, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with project tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
Work Environment:
- This role typically operates in a professional office environment.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet deadlines or resolve critical issues.
