Responsibilities

Help Quincy Medical Group develop a Back Pain Clinic and work closely with our PM&R, Neurosurgery, and Interventional Pain Teams to help diagnose and treat patients with back and other pain. Opening for BC/BE Orthopedic Spine Surgeon.

Join Our Growing Team

• Join 5 Orthopedic Surgeons and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• Diagnose and treat neck pain, back pain, and spine disorders
• Work closely with our PM&R, Neurosurgery, and Interventional Pain Teams
• Option to participate in Ortho walk-in clinic
• On-site PT, OT, MRI, X-ray, and CT
• Brand new surgery center
• Option to do 100% spine cases and take 100% Ortho Spine only call
• Option to be part of general Orthopedic call and Spine Trauma call at the hospital
• Collegial group of physicians with strong referral network and support team
• Epic EHR

We Offer

• High earning potential with no cap, potential $800,000- $1,000,000+
• 1 year shareholder track and ASC ownership, no buy-in or downside
• Eligible for production bonuses, sign-on, relocation, and loan forgiveness
• 401k with match (100% vested day one) plus profit sharing
• $2,500 CME allowance and paid licensure and certification renewals
• Up to 6 weeks of paid time off and 6 paid holidays
• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $750,000-$850,000 depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $800,000 - $1,000,000+.
