About The Team
The Global Meetings and Executive Programs Team is integral to Datadog's 2025 GTM targets by creating intentional engagement opportunities to deepen our relationships with customers and prospects' executive teams, at our first and third party sponsored events and our new Executive Briefing Center in New York. The team's goal is to create consistent programs - both in content and speaker resources, consistent processes, communications plans and enablement tools. The team also strives to create a well-defined brand experience including; program consistency across multiple countries, efficient processes, enablement and turnkey content and speaker resources.
What you'll do
As a founding member of the Global Meetings Program Team, you will lead the development, execution, and scaling of a global meetings strategy that drives customer engagement and revenue at our first and third party events. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Product Marketing, Product Solution Architects, Sales Engineering, and more) to ensure a high-quality, consistent experience across thousands of meetings annually. Across all arenas - first party, third party sponsored, and our own EBC, you will create a memorable, thoughtfully curated customer experience that inspires existing and prospective customers and positions Datadog as the leading partner for observability and security.

Responsibilities
Program Management and Scaling
- Build advocacy and trust, strengthen relationships, and generate revenue by managing, sourcing, and executing over 3000 meetings annually across first and third party sponsored events, including AWS re:Invent, Google Cloud Next, DASH, and more
- Design and implement a standardized process for global meetings, ensuring consistency in agenda planning, content, and post-event follow-up
- Create engaging content, email templates, and account briefs to maximize the impact of customer meetings. Manage internal communications with stakeholders including sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
- With team, oversee production and maintenance of a library of product roadmap and thought leadership content for executive meetings for first and third party events
- Drive content cohesiveness by ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all meeting content and experiences
Enablement and Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead sales enablement initiatives for the global meetings program, equipping teams with the necessary tools and best practices.
- Partner with executive leadership, sales, and product teams to ensure meetings align with strategic priorities
- Collaborate effectively with regional field marketing managers to ensure cohesive and jointly leveraged efforts
Event Coverage and Support
- Lead overall meetings strategy for DASH, Datadog's annual conference with over 5,000+ attendees
- Provide partnership and onsite support for meetings programs at third party events and select Datadog Summits
Reporting and Analysis
- Work with StratOps to define tracking and performance metrics to measure ROI for meetings programs
- Create and maintain internal dashboards for all meetings programs to track progress in real time
- Contribute to a "Sales Meeting" playbook for global tracking and management

Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of program management, event marketing, consulting, and/or strategy and operations experience
- Experience working in executive customer-facing roles (e.g. customer support, field marketing, sales, partnerships, consulting, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the executive audience, experience creating content to attract, grow, and retain our most strategic users
- Previous program management experience in executive briefing centers or sales enablement roles.
- Self-starter and creative problem solver
- Strong communication skills with experience articulating complex concepts in an easy-to-consume way that motivates change and adoption
- Strong customer service and project management abilities, for both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities to drive creative solutions and commitment to a shared goal
- A passion for digging into the details of products/processes
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills
- Experience with Jifflenow or other meeting management tools, along with Salesforce, Marketo and Metabase
