Solution Architect

  • Serve as lead architect to establish, define and implement core SAM Process requirements and recommendations, address, close gaps within processes and help lead the launch of a Software Asset Management solution thru go live.,
  • Help Lead the scrum and development teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
  • Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management
  • Support the client stakeholders and provide thought leadership and education where needed
  • Adhere to project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; help team leads to prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans
  • Follow, improve, and streamline various IT service management models from DevOps, ITIL through a mix of Design Led Agile Delivery

Lead workshops where necessary and have firm understanding of SAM processes and interdependencies
