As a Tryer lab manager, you will help transform the business by leading the day-to-day operations of Tryer Center and leading our Tryer Partner Rotational program. You will also develop and implement new strategies that drive efficiencies and unlock new capabilities for operations, all through the lens of extraordinary hospitality and care. Location: Based 5 days per week in the Seattle Support Center.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. - Galvanized cross-functional teams to move work forward

We'd love to hear from people with:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Starbucks district manager experience (3 years) or 6 years of progressively responsible and equivalent experience including 3 years of retail operations multi-unit management and 3 years of implementation and/or project management in a retail or restaurant environment.
- 5+ years people leadership experience
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience leading and coaching direct teams, with proven success in driving team engagement, setting clear direction and leading through change
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control and financial reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of retail store operations, processes, and procedures
- Strong knowledge of operations and hospitality
- Ability to embrace change and setbacks, learning from failures and iterating ideas as needed with a strong growth mindset
