Department Overview
The Private Wealth Americas ("PWA") Team is a component of the Investor Partners Group ("IPG") that is responsible for the equity and debt fundraising activities of the Firm. PWA focuses on delivering compelling investment solutions and gold-standard client service to the private wealth market via wirehouses, regional broker-dealers, private banks, registered investment advisors and other intermediaries. PWA oversees sales and marketing, business development, relationship management and business operations specific to the private wealth channel in North and South America. The team collaborates closely with other departments to develop and execute fundraising and client-service initiatives in line with the Firm's objectives.

Compensation and Benefits
For New York Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $140,000 to $165,000 for a Senior Associate and $125,000 to $140,000 for an Associate. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the Firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance, Firm or individual department / team performance and market factors.

- Supporting external sales team with ongoing business development, client service and communication with prospects and clients
- Assisting in identifying potential sales opportunities and target clients
- Overseeing inquiries that are received via the team's general mailboxes or hotlines
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of Golub Capital product offerings, systems and processes to support and service client relationships
- Updating pipeline information and managing client / prospect relationship information in the Firm's CRM
- Collaborating with senior members of the Direct Lending Team, Product Specialists, Compliance and Operations to organize client meetings and coordinate presentation material content
- Summarizing client and prospect meetings in the CRM
- Preparing and reviewing meeting preparation materials for external sales team
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience in a similar sales support / inside sales capacity at a buy-side firm
- Experience with broker-dealer and wirehouse sales channels
- Experience working within a CRM database; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and adapt to changing priorities
- Client-centric approach, dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences and solutions
- Ability to work in a team-oriented sales environment where sharing information and collaboration are essential for success
- Ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
